Ccidence Service Limited, operator of ControlPoint EduOS, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled directly by our billing team. To request a refund:

• Reply to the invoice or receipt email we sent for the term you want refunded.
• Or email our support team at support@controlpointadvisory.org and we will assist you with the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account or card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After the 30-day window

After the 30-day money-back window, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the next billing period. See our Terms & Conditions for details on cancellation and the onboarding commitment described on our pricing page.
